DEVELOPMENT VISION: The proposed land use change would enable a development vision that includes a total of 4 Rowhomes and 4 Basement Secondary Suites with 4 associated parking stalls (one per Rowhome) within a two-storey built form. Similar to the R-C2 District, the intent of the R-CG District is to accommodate low-density residential, grade-oriented development in a variety of forms, including Rowhomes and Basement Secondary Suites. This development is envisioned as a purpose-built rental, where all 8 units are to be rented rather than sold.
