CURRENT LAND USE: M-CG: Multi-residential Contextual Grade-Oriented
M-CG is a multi-residential land use designation, seen in the established and developed areas of Calgary. It is primarily designed to accommodate townhome and fourplex developments adjacent to, or in proximity to low density residential development.
PROPOSED PROJECT: Four (4) residential buildings, with five (5) attached townhouse units in each building (20 units total). Twenty (20) individual garage bays integrated into the rear residential buildings.
PROJECT VISION: We want to give more Calgarians the opportunity to call Altadore home. For those who love inner-city living, we are building 20 modern & innovative townhomes across from cherished neighbourhood destinations like Monogram Coffee, and steps from Calgary’s river pathways.
CITY POLICY ALIGNMENT: The proposed development is supported by the city-wide policy goals of Calgary's Municipal Development Plan. The Plan encourages the addition of new housing options in established communities, better and more efficient use of existing infrastructure, and more compact built forms in locations with direct and easy access to transit, shopping, schools and other community services
